I have S3 Cellular paired to an Xr both on the current non beta releases. After watchOS 6.1.1 any photos in a twitter notification look like they are loading on a dial up connection. I tried rebooting both devices. Any one else notice this, or have a suggestion?

Apps Twitter notifications have blurry low res photos

I thought that's how it's intended to be, also have blurry previews on WhatsApp, Threema, SMS/iMessage...
I don’t have Twitter but experience the same with WhatsApp. iMessage notifications with images, however, come through crystal clear for me so I always thought it was just a WhatsApp bug.
I noticed eBay notifications are also clear, not blurry. So maybe it’s possible but the developers didn’t implement it yet.
Interesting to know that is possible for third-party apps to show clear pictures, I always thought it was an imposed restriction by Apple. I was disappointed after changing to AW4 from a Samsung watch that I no longer could see the pictures clearly in Whatsapp and Twitter notifications.
It’s been that way since I got my AW4 a year ago while it could show the image clearly on a Samsung smartwatch, so I’m not too hopeful.
I just received a Threema notification with a CLEAR picture! I am pretty sure it was blurry the last time someone sent me a picture. I don’t know if Threema was updated in between but it must be possible to do. So maybe the whatsapp and twitter devs just need a kick in the butt.
