iOS twitter oauth

Hi all,

is oauth in twitter compulsory now ? the example in icodeblog is no more working !

i tried

but i get a technical error,

I realised i am behind a firewall and i need to give username password. Where exactly i need to mention username and password for ASICRequest ?

when i debugged i saw request coming back with proxy ip properly. and port was correct. it seems it is picking these data from settings. in that case why is not it taking username and password from there ?

it seems all the iphone twitter codes icodeblog, plainoauth are not working, is it a twitter api problem or something else ? has anybody marked this working in last couple weeks ?

i wonder if the authors themselves use this forum ! at least they could answer this to end the confusion

but the problem is, i dont want the user to remember the token and enter it.

- is it a onetime process or everytime we run we need to do ?
- is there a way we can automate this token entry stuff
