So much money. So many employees.

This.

This. reminds us of what Apple did with Craig showing off Emoji's on '16 MBP TouchBar.

Who cares about ****ter and its censorship anymore?
Goodbye to the ****s at ****ter.
hmmm ... some don't 'care' some do, some just use the application/service for their end means. It's an app no need to feel any animosity. Censhorship is EVERYWHERE.

Starts from your parents/family (No is usually the first word of discipline and censorship). You get it at schools too, then at your place of employment - depending. But it is everywhere.

ICE T has an album titled:
The Iceberg/Freedom of Speech... Just Watch What You Say!
"The concept of that picture (Album picture) is, 'Go ahead and say what you want. But here comes the government and here come the parents, and they are ready to destroy you when you open your mouth'"

Wikipedia ...
The right to freedom of expression is recognized as a human right under article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and recognized in international human rights law in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). Article 19 of the UDHR states that "everyone shall have the right to hold opinions without interference" and "everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice". The version of Article 19 in the ICCPR later amends this by stating that the exercise of these rights carries "special duties and responsibilities" and may "therefore be subject to certain restrictions" when necessary "for respect of the rights or reputation of others" or "for the protection of national security or of public order (order public), or of public health or morals".[3]

Censorship was there in movies since the Hays Code back in the early 1920's/30's as well.

it's on any platform ... or will be eventually.

Lol, now up to literally one tweet on screen at a time.

Twitter really does hate it's users.

Twitter testing more stuff. Good...

So much money. So many employees.

This.
So spot on (and hilarious). How come that such a “pillar” of the social media world, that has been used for everything, from communicating under dictatorships radars, to syncing rescue related affairs, to news, etc has this lack of tech features and options? How come there’s no edit post button? The quality of images and videos have been horrid for years? The moderation is seemingly random?
I don’t really know if this is done on purpose, because I find it unlikely that they don’t have the money to hire whoever they need to hire to enhance the whole thing overnight.

I’ll confess that I don’t use Twitter that much though, just a general dislike to lose too much time on such an hectic social media full of flames and despair. I can see myself ending less calm at the end of a visit there more often than not.

I feel like that’s a universal feeling... stop using Twitter (or any social media platform, for that matter, but Twitter especially) and you’re guaranteed more peace and tranquility in your life.
