It takes a while for it to get through to everyone.Does anyone have this update yet? I haven't getton any update at all
That's how it worked for me as well.I had to fully quit the app by swiping up in the app launcher and relaunch it. It showed up after that.
Me too!Dark mode is one of the many reasons I use Twitteriffic on my iPhone. Maybe I'll give the official client another try to see how it compares these days.

If anyone is struggling to get this feature, force quit the app and relaunch it.
Tweetbot is the only app on the app store which charge for an update. What a load of sh.it.
Close the app from the background, and re open it will show upDoes anyone have this update yet? I haven't getton any update at all
Just about the only way to do this, short of somehow circumventing the App Store's update process within the app itself (which would probably get you kicked out pretty quickly), is to include the code for it in the previous update, and only enable it when some condition is met (e.g. a certain date is reached, or the developer changes a flag on their own server which they've programmed their app to check each time it starts up).Not that it matters much but how can they add a "feature" like this by not needing an update through the App Store? Just curious
Add Marvis, which has dark theme by default.Once again proving that Tweetbot is the best app for Twitter, having had dark mode for ages, in addition to not being a giant piece of crap. Weather Underground has also had dark mode for a long time, along with Pocket, Droplr, Reddit, Fantastical, and a few others. I really hope that Dark Mode is still coming so that I can have a consistent experience across iOS.
Then what about $14.99 AUD?? Is this still "a small amount of money"? Oh, it is for you, not for me. $14.99 is equivalent to two meals for me.Seriously, stop complaining. Is £2.99 really a lot of money to you!?
These people have to pay their mortgages.
If everything was free, eh?

Are you sure you didn't have any filters set up? I love being able to filter out the garbage in my timeline, lol. One of my favorite features that I now can't live without.I used to love Tweetbot. But I grew tired of the number of tweets that just never show up in my TL. All you have to do is compare your Tweetbot TL to your TL in the official Twitter app.
The official app is cumbersome and cluttered and pisses me off, but it doesn't piss me off as much as missing tweets.

I suppose, but for my use I have Tweetbot for Mac, so throughout the day while I'm at work I get notified about the most important stuff going on. I do wish the iOS version had that capability. There's probably an IFTTT recipe out there that does this, but I've never taken the time to look into it.Guessing you can't schedule the night mode to be come on at a certain time?

Tweetbot can't give you notifications for favourite people you follow like the official app can. Which is a big selling point for me.
Keep in touch with all the main people on Twitter without needing to go through my Twitter account which would take a long time to go through each tweet.
There is a twitter for mac though? Are you sure you didn't have any filters set up? I love being able to filter out the garbage in my timeline, lol. One of my favorite features that I now can't live without.

Yeah I left out a few apps that have dark themes by default, such as Ecobee, RadarScope, Lightroom, Coda, 1Blocker, etc. Oh, and the app I designed at work is also dark by default—partly because that fits with our brand, and partly because I think darker apps look nicer.
