Two computers, one printer?

Im buying a new iMac, and will be keeping my PC up an running for awhile as well.
What is the best way to connect my Epson Printer to both computers simultaneously?

Plug the printer into the Mac, enable Printer Sharing in the System Prefs. >> Sharing

This looks interesting. From the stats on it, I assume that it will work well with one PC and one iMac. Do you have one?

Yes I do. I have it on 2 iMacs and can confirm it works both under OSX and W7.
