Are there positive tax implications for working from home? Can you deduct the expenses ofyour "corner office"? I don't know the answer to that, maybe someone here can chime in with better experience.

Yes you can, along with a portion of the internet bill as well. And yes, I'm leaning towards the AMEX position, especially after what I was told yesterday after I had already started training for ATT. They don't give pay raises, just monthly bonuses which aren't much if you get them at all.

I'd say AMEX. Also, are wages in the states usually that low? :eek:

I'd pick the AT&T job. cost of gas, lunch, snacks, etc. adds up. if you work from home you save some money, you don't have to go to meetings, meet your boss, etc. and you can watch TV, surf, etc. while you're working. :)

I'm watching tv now during training! Thank God for a digital box and the MLBHD channel! :)
