Two-finger right click not working?

Just updated to GM today, but the most annoying issue of them all did not go away. Right click just doesn't work! It even turns itself *off* in the trackpad settings after some time. Only CTRL-click works, and that doesn't help me when I'm remote controlling PC's...

Anyone else experiencing this?

Running GM on a MBP 15" early 2008.

Since you are obviously a developer, you can call Apple for help on this. 😉
 
i am having the same problem. It seems after i check the box, it doesn't work right away and then later i check the settings and for some reason the box is unchecked again....
 
Other possible work around...

But still not a real fix; Mine didn't work until I turned tap to click back on. Hopefully will be cleaned up in an update soon.
