Two finger scrolling problem

Hi guys!

I have my new macbook for a week and it's an amazing machine, but i have some problem.
When I use the two finger scrolling in some programs(pages, guitar pro etc.) it got beachballed, and only force quit helps.
What can i do??

Nobody? It is really annoying... Btw i use magic mouse for desktop use...maybe this could somehow affect two finger scrolling on touchpad?

are you anywhere near an apple store? if you can easily replicate the problem you should take it in...

What else do you have running in the background?

I ran into an issue with scrolling a couple of days ago. I had iTunes running in the background but failed to realize the visualizer was turned on. My scrolling was very choppy. I don't think I encountered any beachballing though. Once I realized iTunes visualizer was running I stopped it and the scrolling went back to normal.
