Two "Guest" accounts, and freezing on boot

Having some big issues with the Beta. I just installed Beta 8 (from Sierra) a few days ago, then Beta 9 today.

Had FileVault enabled.

When I boot my mac, it lets me move my mouse for a few moments, then it freezes. Then, if I wait about a minute, I can again move the mouse. Additionally, I have a 2nd "Guest" account that's all messed up looking.

Something really not quite right..

Anyone know how to solve those two issues?

Have you tried booting in safe mode?

Lol, that's a weird one. Have you tried disabling the guest account? I'm curious if it drops to one or zero on a restart after that.

So, actually ended up fixing it by turning OFF FileVault, rebooting, reinstalling the latest beta from the recovery console, then turning it back on. I also reset SMC and PRAM.

Strange.....

Best part? Fixed a few other annoyances too. 🙂 Looks like High Sierra is a winner for me!
