Today, I received two new AT&T iPhone 5's and began the on screen prompted set up. the set up of my wife's phone was partially successful. I will try to finish the set up after mine is done synching. Anyway, neither phone has switched over cellularly. They both work but as of three hours ago, we are still using our old phones to make and receive calls and text.
The set up guide on the phones said that if they do no switch over immediately, that I should wait an hour.

Did you call ATT yet? Perhaps even after going through iTunes activation the new Nano sims arent activated yet... and your old sims are not deactivated yet.
