Two music libraries - how do I choose which one to sync with iPhone?

I’d like to set up a second library on my Mac to sync with Apple Music and my iOS devices, while leaving my other library of local music files untouched by Apple Music. How do I choose which library to sync with my iOS devices? Thanks for any advice!

Open Music using the Library that you want to use, and then connect the iPhone. That Library should then show up in the Music pane in the iPhone Finder window.
