Welcome photograpeers to Two|One #5b

This contest's theme is Abstrachitecture (What a mouthful)

For this challenge you have to bring in some weird creativity, or compositing skills, or double exposure skills, or filtering skills, or whatever strange technique you've learned from an online photography/post production tutorial which is absolutely irrelevant to normal architectural photography and proper perspective rendering. Or all the above, I don't mind :)

Prize money is accumulating from consecutive rollovers, $8 right now. Gracious me :D

Two|One is an attempt at having a longer, parallel photography contest in which submissions are explicitly generated for the given subject and run in 21-day cycles. Two, one... are also the numbers you mutter prior to releasing your shutter in a controlled environment setting.

Contest Rules

• One photo only per contestant.
• Submissions are limited to original work that has not been formerly displayed in the forums.
• Photos are to be prepared and submitted within a 14-day submission period. The thread manager will close the contest at the end of the 14 days and voting will then begin.
• Winners are to be chosen by forum user votes.
• Please do not cast votes before the voting period begins. Forum users will have 7 days to cast their votes. Vote responsibly -- please cast only one vote. Votes will be counted at the end of the 7-day voting period. Please respect this in order to have a fair outcome.
• 1st place winner is to set new contest theme within 72 hours.
• Behind the scenes shots are strongly encouraged (where applicable). One of the goals of this contest is to encourage creativity and to to share your creative process.

Is that, no wait, is that what I think it is?

I think you got the wrong contest thread

this is the one you should have submitted this photo
Ok.

The "absolutely irrelevant to architectural photography" line threw me. I thought it was just for "weird" looking photos (not that mine was particularly weird, haha).

I'll throw my vote to LongSticks' "The Shard-London."

I love the blur, gives a great sense of movement, of falling(IMO). If I may be a little morbid, his photograph is putting the audience into the mind of someone falling from great heights atop the building. The last moments of blurry-eyed vision as the victim plummets to the ground.

+1 to "The Shard-London"

When does the next contest commence?

I've yet to participate in a contest, want to try my hand at it, perhaps.
