Lol. My family doesn't listen to me. Is there anyway to delete pictures once they merge with icloud photos from just one device?

Example: You and I are logged into the same account. You have 300 pictures on icloud photos. I login and add my 100 photos, now I can see 400. If I didn't want to do this, how could I delete just MY 100 photos? When I checked the phone in question, iCloud Photos is turned OFF. Thanks.

The solution is to use a separate iCloud account for each family member. One iCloud account is not intended to be used by multiple users.

Create separate iCloud accounts for each of your family members, and use the fmaily sharing feature instead. Then each have their own iCloud storage, but you can share your purchased music and apps.

You are never supposed to share iCloud accounts. Create each family member their own iCloud account, and tie everything together using family sharing.

I think the OP is aware that everyone should have their own iCloud account, hence the LOL at the start of the post.

I should think the answer is you can’t do this automatically because as far as Apple is concerned this is one person with 2 iPhones. It’ll probably be a manual delete.

Same thoughts here, this will likely be all manual.
