Two Photo Libraries?

I am part of the public beta program and I am wondering why I have two photo libraries now?

Also, which one can I delete because they are taking up a ton of space on my mac.

Because it imports the iPhoto library and leaves that alone, so that's why there are two libraries.

If you're never going to use iPhoto again you could delete that one (but I think they're both using hard links so they don't take any extra actual space. I'm sure I'll get corrected if I'm wrong 😉 )

DiskInventoryX on my system shows two photo libraries of almost equal size, IMHO it appears they are taking up twice the HD space.
That would be the 2 large green squares in the upper left.
One is named Photos library and the other iPhoto library.

It only looks that way, but it is not. Give this a read. mgroot called it with the hard links.
