Two questions about the new iTunes 10.4

Just downloaded iTunes 10.4 on my Snow Leopard machine, two questions:

1. When I go into activity monitor it doesn't register as a 64-bit program, why not?

2. When I upgrade to lion will it have the new lion scrollbars or the (now old school) blue/gray scrollbars?
