Ok, I have two quick questions.
1)
If I want an iPhone 3GS with out a contract, I have to pay full price. $499.99 8GB 3G, $599.99 16 GB or $699.99 32GB. Instead of that, can I buy the phone 32 GB $299.99 and after 30 days, pay the ETF $175, 1 month of service $70.00, and the activation fee $36.00? Going this route is cheaper that paying the full price, but can it be done? Will they charge me for the rest of the phone that the subsidized?

Now question 2
2)
When I updated my iPod touch 2G and iPhone 2G to 3.0, my Wi Fi signal is now weaker. My original touch on 2.2.1 has a great reception and so DID my touch 2G, iPhone 2G when they were on 2.2.1. Has anyone had the same problem? Can Apple fix this in a software update? Or is the HW failing? I know its not my router. Both iPod touch 2G and iPhone 2G were restored and updated. So I started fresh.

Thank you,

This is one way, but its a very long way. No they won't ask for the rest of the price.

Yes, I have the same problem on my 2G iPhone. It's simply the software that is a bit bloated and buggy causing this.
