Most of us know that when changing Build settings we need to Quit our project (and maybe even XCode ... not sure) in order to cause the new setting to bind in.

A few days ago I discovered another bad idiosyncrasy ... when changing something in an IB file, merely saving it is not sufficient. It is necessary to select File -> Reload All Class Files too.

Hey Apple ... these are bad. The system should be doing this or at least you should tell us that we need to do it ... not obvious.

I should mention that I'm using XCode 3.2.6. Re XCode 4 ... I don't want to be a pioneer with the arrows in my back.

I'm glad XCode 4 doesn't have these idiosyncrasies.
