Two versions of "Dj got us fallin' in love"

Hi.
Anyone knows the main diffrence (except for quallity) between this version and this version? I can clearly hear the diffrence in the quallity. The last one sounds correct and the first one sounds bad. Any ideas why this could be the case? I also noticed that the first one was "made" by "Dj got us" and not Usher.
