I have a series 1 that I use and in activity, distance is in miles which is what I want.

I got a series 4, added it along with the series 1 and used the backup from the series 1.

Now however the series 4 shows activity distance in KM not in miles. How do I get both in miles, I thought they both would have been in miles anyway as used the backup.

Thanks

On your phone, in the Health App - in Activity, is your Walking + Distance set to Miles?? Have you tried a re-set on the watch and phone?
[doublepost=1552252040][/doublepost]OK - I've just tested this out on my phone and changed my miles to km and then back again.

Go to your Health App - in Activity - go to Walking + Running Distance

Press down on Walking + Running Distance and this face will show

On Unit - change to ml (miles)

Now check that it has changed on the Activity App - if it hasn't switch off the phone and then back on again.

Worked for me.

Health app is in miles on my iPhone that both watch are synced to

I thought they would both be same. Not sure what else to check....

Not sure what else to try:( My last suggestion would be to unpair the Series 4 and then repair to the phone to see if that fixes your problem. If you do a unpair and repair, please read about unpairing and repairing the watch before you do it. Have you powered down both 4 and phone and restarted both?
