Anyone? :D :D :D

Damn, that's an expensive set-up (killer specifications, though!) I'd recommend getting the stock 4 GB of DDR3 RAM and just upgrading to 8 GB later if it's an option for you, might save some money that you could put into some Pro Tools for it or something.

Either way, congratulations! :D :apple:

Off topic: Are you a fan of Rammstein by any chance (from your user name)?

Im not sure he is saying he is actually buying that? I mean I have filled the cart up with a $64,000 xserve. I could have taken a screenshot, but I definitely didnt buy it lol

Have you lost your marbles?
Why on earth get the glossy cinema display if you are going for the anti-glare Macbook Pro? It's now a virtual certainty that there will also be an anti-glare cinema display in the near future.
The glossy MBPs and cinema displays are to entice Macbook buyers to move up to MBPs. Now, with the 17", we are seeing the first of the REAL MBPs.

Not to be an ass or spoil anything here, but anyone can fill a cart a post a pic of it. Doesn't mean its bought.

If you really, really want to impress people, post the actual confirmation.

Yeah, this is just a pre-checkout page, It'd be more exciting to see this as a completed order receipt page. Too bad it's so easy to make a pixel-perfect fake of something like that though.

I've made fantasy pre-checkout orders many times before as well. One day I wanted to see how expensive I could get my order just by selecting all of the highest priced options that were directly presented to during my order (as opposed to going to the accessory page and ordering all of the bazillion things there too), and iirc the final total price was over $100,000.

If I were going to do that, I'd go this route:

Ja, ich habe Rammsteins Diskographie in mein iPod.

OH, and just in case my original post was somewhat misleading: I have not ordered all that...YET. However, when my scholarships and tax refund roll in, I'll have that ordered in a heartbeat (but probably minus the cinema display) :( Oh and please folks don't flame me for paying too much for Apple RAM :D...I'm going to go third-party for that ;)

Im sorry but you would have to be an idiot to get 8GB of ram NOW... by the time the notebook actually gets to you the prices will be much cheaper...

Not to mention springing on a CPU that costs an arm and a leg more but improves performance almost not at all.

An idiot indeed :)
