Typing in MS Word?

I'm trying to type on top of "lines" its required for my teacher.

Can you type inside shapes in MS Word? I'm just thinking of how you can put it as a background in one of those and then type in that.

But that formatting in the OPs screenshot looks strange. This might be a job for a textbox over the top of it all so not to disturb the teacher's lines.
