Typing lag with OS 4.3?

Just since upgrading to 4.3 OS, I have a typing lag. It's usually just for the first few letters. For example, when entering a URL, the first w gets stuck in the magnified view for approx. 2 seconds and sometimes the next few letters, then all is usually ok. Anyone else? This happens with my iPad too.

Mine works fine! What have you done to try to fix it?

Not a lot. I tried setting up both my iPhone and iPad as new devices after restoring but it didn't help. I'm not sure what else to try.
