Typing programs?

I was wondering if Mac had an application like this...

My friend had this program for his PC, though I don't know what it was called. He had a headset and spoke into the mic and the words he spoke were being typed out for him under Word. It was really cool and I wish I could find something like that for Mac but google isn't being all too helpful. Any help guys?

Y'all the same stuff on Windows usually costs about $200 to work with Microsoft Word. I'm just saying...
