Yeah, it's a great idea except for the part where people can't actually "purchase now" because there's a supply shortage.Orchestrating a shortage is good business. It makes the product seem like a sensation that one ought to purchase now or one won't be able to get it for who knows how long.

And the fact that you bought into the same conspiracy theory regarding the Wii doesn't exactly bolster your argument. I mean, if it's such a great business idea, wouldn't there be a lot more examples than the Wii and a handful of Apple products? It's not like the idea is patented or anything.
