U verse on MacBook Air

I can not play Uverse on line streaming on my Macbook , but I can on my Windows laptop and my IMac, it keeps giving me error 3.9 too many devices. I have reset Safari and cleared all settings. ATT helpless desk has no answer either. Any suggestions?

Do you have Java 7, and the 45 update? I would try restarting the router to be honest. Every single time I have a problem with my connection or something weird is happening to the TV, it's either the router or the DVR itself.

Probably restart the DVR first and then the router thinking about it now.

Mac: OS X 10.7.3 (Lion) or newer
One of the following browsers: Safari (latest version), Firefox (latest version)
Java 7 Update 45 or newer

I finally got it working, dont really know what I did to fix it. And it works great on my Iphone 6..
