U2 Album/iTunes Question

I just cannot seem to get this on my iPhone. Eventually managed to get it on my Macbook iTunes but nothing has shown up on my iPhone and I have iCloud switched on.

Shouldn't this just work?
 
I had a heck of a problem finding where to DL it in iTunes (and still can't figure it out on my iPhone).

For iTunes go to the iTunes Store, scroll to the bottom and click "Purchased" and it should show up with a cloud icon in the top corner of the album preview. Click the little cloud icon and it should begin downloading.

Ok, I have a different problem. How the hell do I delete this thing! It shows up in my Albums folder on my phone. I downloaded it so I could swipe left to delete it but it reappeared straight away. I also hid it in my purchases but it is still showing in my phone library!
 
This is very annoying, everyone who hates U2 can't get rid of the album and I like them and I can't get it!

I noticed that iCloud is signed in as my iCloud account while my iTunes is signed in as my Apple ID which is what I use for payments could this be it? why haven't they resolved this problem and allow us to unify accounts?

I'm not seeing the album on my I Pad. I do have my music setting properly set to see all purchases.
