Hey

I am thinking to buy a monitor for my new MacBook Pro 13, 2016 .

There are two options with similar prices.
U2515 WQHD or Samsung UE590 UHD

Please tell me your thoughts and the reasons as well...
Oh
also plz tell me, how to connect them to c port, if you know or have done it before.

Thank you

Do you want widescreen or 4K??

4K will be more of a burden on the GPU of your 13 inch but it should run great anyway and will give you more clarity, the wqhd will give you widescreen space and will be better on colour and contrast etc So it really depends what is more important to you.

In my opinion the wqhd is a better quality panel but it's not 4k.

Which cable we reccomend is down to which panel you choose
But this should work with both of them

Thank you so much for the reply.
Hey I am going to buy lg 27ud68-w instead of them...cuz 100 dollars discount at best buy now .
Do you think this choice would be great ?
and for the cable I read some threads that people are saying hdmi cable 2.0 that comes with lg monitor might work for the 60hz with full resolution.
Do you think so ?

I am not good at those things so all of them are new to me.

No, it won't, because no Mac has an HDMI 2.0 port yet and the USBC-HDMI adapter is only 1.4.
What you need is a USBC-DisplayPort 1.2b cable. I don't know if they exist yet, if you don't find it a USBC-DP adapter with the DP cable included with the monitor should be fine.
I've got the same monitor and with my rMBP 15" late 2013 I use a MiniDP-DP cable and it works great, full res, 60 Hz and Retina mode :)
