With the case now available what have been your experiences with Urban Armor Gear cases on previous iPads?

Did they ever fix the buzzing noise issues with their previous IPP cases?

This is also what I'm looking to get. I have the Smart Keyboard and this appears to be the best case available that'll work with it.

Got my UAG Metropolis case for iPad Pro 10.5. The only thing I need to say is: this is by far the best iPad Case I ever had. That so that I already cancelled the i-Blason order that I placed this morning.

Don't get fooled by the pictures, this thing is NOT heavy. Here you can see some pictures that prove what I'm saying:

I do really like this cover. The grip is perfect. Very well constructed and all openings match perfectly. I think I found the perfect cover for my needs :)

Thanks for taking photos! How are the grooves in the front cover for standing the iPad up? Do you think you’ll use the UAG cover or the ASC?

Looks really nice and glad to hear it’s not heavy

Just ordered this.
I also have a Sena Future Folio case pre-ordered, so I think it'll be between these two as my permanent case.
Is there an angle with this case for typing using the onscreen keyboard?

Is the shell hard plastic or TPU?

All TPU, including the front cover. It's super easy to put on and to take off.
[doublepost=1498527477][/doublepost]Most Best Buy stores has it in stock already so my recommendation is to go to your closest BB store and check on it. I do really love the grip and how good it feels in my hands. I wasn't expecting to be this good. Like I said I cancelled all the other cases I ordered from Amazon. BTW, the Apple Pencil holder is really good. They relocated it so now it's on the right side so when you have the ASK attached the pencil is located at the top and not at the bottom or the back like in previous versions of the UAG iPad Pro 9.7 case.

Very tempted to do the same combo as you have but does the Apple Pencil holder detach? I have no use for the pencil so it would be annoying to have the holder sticking out like that.

What does that back look like with the Apple Smart Cover on it?

Looked like it would be rough/uneven with open holes...?

It doesn't feel uneven. I can work without any problem but I do prefer to take the Smart Cover off.

You can not detach the pencil holder but like I said, it doesn't looks weird and it does not interfere in any way when working.

Previous UAG cases apparently had buzzing issues when people touched the screen due to the magnets in the back of the case. I’m assuming that’s been fixed?

wanted to like it, however the rubber just didn't fit right and feels lose.

Will return tonight and wait for something better to use with my leather Smart Cover and Smart Keyboard

Agreed. There's a definite looseness to the rubber.
I'll probably be returning as well.

I also really wanted to like it. It’s a good case and it does have a premium feel to it, but it’s just too inconvenient for how often I use my Smart Keyboard (almost every time I use my iPad). I’ll probably be returning mine as well, but I am very bummed as there aren’t really any good options out there for something that will work with the keyboard. Such a dumb move on Apple’s part.

Multiple mentions of this case being loose are making me worried. I am currently waiting for it to become available here in Canada. I have young children, and I wanted something to protect this better than the thinner cases from Amazon.
