Uag monarch iphone 14 pro max

Does anyone else have the Uag monarch case with MagSafe for the 14 pro max ? I just purchased today from Verizon and the official apple MagSafe battery pack does not work right. It clicks in and registers then after a few minutes shows it’s dead. Then I take off and reattach and same result. I have 2 MagSafe battery packs and they both do this. Love the case but this is a deal breaker for me
