Uag Monarch (legit or fake?)

Just got an UAG Monarch for my Xs max on amazon market place for a good deal, but looking around on internet just found out that there are so many uag fake. How can i spot the real one with the fake?

Well it looks like someone colored in the UAG on the back with a Sharpie so I'm going to guess fake but if it fits it'll likely protect your phone so how much does it really matter?

That's the point, i won't the case if it'll not protect my phone.

Good news, it's real. I have the black leather version that I bought from Best Buy and it's identical, down to the injection moldings and print pattern inside.

Edit: The placing of the inserts on UAG on the front is a little wonky but that's probably just a minor defect from production
