Hey guys today I received a UAG Plyo case for my Iphone XS Max and noticed the case is slightly different than I have seen online.......cut outs are symmetrical.....both speaker cut outs are the same size and not asymmetrical like the way they are supposed the way I have seen.....Also the case does not look exactly like the pictures.....is this an older version? Here are some pics....In the 2nd pic you can see the shape of the design line is different than the 3rd pic of mine....Any ideas? Thanks

I have a plyo for the xs max and mine does not look like that. Mine has the correct, asymetric cutouts and the back doesn't look like yours. I'm guessing fake as well? Where did you buy from? I'd send it back or ask UAG directly for a replacement.
Hey guys I bought the case from a place on ebay and I returned it.....I emailed UAG and sent them pics and they said it was probably an older version....since then they have updated the design
From the looks of it though, it looks really fake. UAG craftsmanship is cleaner than that. Glad you were able to return it.
UAG never really gave me a clear answer....they just said at times they update their cases.....First and last time for that company....I will just stick with Rhinoshield and Speck.
Seems a little extreme considering you didn't even buy it from them. Can't say I remember ever seeing quality control or customer service complaints about them in the past.
They never answered my question clearly about if it was updated or fake after asking a couple of times....Plus I was not impressed by the case
Yes I agree that their cases are very nice but the older version I got is not as good as the updated version.....for example the front lip on my older version was hardly there and the newer one has a much bigger lip which is very important to me
