ubd is trying to modify your settings - what is this?

Hi,

I have got this ugly annoying massages appearing on my screen every now and then. No matter which option I choosed it will be back. Any idea what is this and how to get rid of the pop-up? See attched screen.

Do a Google search on udb and Mac OS X.

I suspect you have some type of database software installed that is the problem.

It is UBD not udb! I did search google for it and nothing come out. It is extremely annoying having this window around my screen all the time. Please help!

UBD is the Ubiquity.framework. It's used for the cloud services.

The real point here isn't what I found using a typo. Rather, do that search with the correct spelling and you would find the real answer. I used:

Mac OS X ubd

I found many links with either the answer or alluding to the answer. Since you were so nice to me, I will let you dig some more...

If people would just do a bit of research before posting....
