Ubuntu icon?

I'm looking for an Ubuntu icon for my Mac, I want it to sit in my dock. I have attached an image of what I mean, you see the Fusion icon (which is an alias to Ubuntu) next to it is an alias to XP, which I have replaced the icon. Anyone got one, or are they easy to make?

Doesn't it have to be in .ico format? If I command I that file I just get the png file icon.

Edit: nevermind, I used a program called Pic2icon and it worked great. Thanks!

I just copied the file as a png, then pasted it into the info. Didn't need a separate app at all.
