Those of you who have registered the UDID and iOS 7 is not registering lets group together and get a fix!

I am now restoring the iPhone with iTunes to see if this will fix the issue in DFU mode....

ANY other solution, or is it just apples servers?

REMEMBER: Your iPhone UDID has to be registered via Apple in order for the update to work!

Had the same problem, restored fine to backup under DFU mode

    ----------

I'm pretty sure its a server problem, as my device has been registered for a while. Contacted apple about it, but not expecting a reply anytime soon. Just have to try again later!

Apples activation servers are down at the moment, should be back up soon.

    Same problem

New iOS install. Says the device isn't registered when it is... Very frustrating. Hope these activation servers come back online soon.

Try updating (option+click of course) instead of restoring in iTunes and see if that works. It did for me.
