I remember the iPhone 6s used nvme so I would assume they are still doing so for the 7.there are some reports explaind that the memory used on the iphone 7,7plus 256GB is ufs nand flash memory,iphone 7 32GB use eMMC due to difference speed betwen 32GB and 256GB iphone7,7plus
