hello,
is there any one could explain me what type of memory is used on the iphone7 ?
it is emmc,NVMe or ufs ?

there are some reports explaind that the memory used on the iphone 7,7plus 256GB is ufs nand flash memory,iphone 7 32GB use eMMC due to difference speed betwen 32GB and 256GB iphone7,7plus

I remember the iPhone 6s used nvme so I would assume they are still doing so for the 7.

It's a safe assumption that all models of the iPhone 7 use PCIe and NVMe.
but what make speed difference between iphone7 23GB with SK hynix nand flash memory and iphone 7 256GB with toshiba nand flash memory,
