ug, app wont sync

So I finally got my app downloaded, but now it wont sync to my iPod Touch.
I checked the box to add it to my ipod, but then about halfway through the sync-ing process it dissapears off of my ipod page screen. Ive done this about 10 times, it wont sync. Im trying to load doodle army by the way. Im getting slightly fed up with apple at the moment. cant log on to my account one day, cant download from itunes the next, then i cant even use the programs ive paid for. ug.....

If you've already purchased it before, it will allow you to download it directly to the iPod without charging you again. It will initially ask you to approve the purchase, but then come up with a pop-up that essentially says "You have already purchased this, do you want to download it again for free?" Just say yes to that.
