UI Settings?

    This looks really great for ios5 but I cant seem to find the source somebody help please :)

    Just search 'UISettings repo'. Repo is the word you're looking for.

    Just as an FYI, SBSettings is now working for iOS 5. There is an option for the standalone window as well as having it included in Notification Center. WAY more options than UISettings and ability to theme it. Check out the Apple.com HD SBSettings theme. Looks killer.
