iOS UIPopoverController question

Hello,

I'm trying to learn and include popover in my app but many routines I could find does not work. I got it to pop up, but I can't change size (via explicit size on storyboard) and can't find correct way to programmatically add popup in Swift.

So I am hoping anyone here would provide me a demo or sample?
