Where did you buy it, and how did you buy it?

If you bought it from the store, it depends on the rules of the store.
If you ordered online without ever going to a store, Google for "distance selling regulations". And do it quickly.

All the details you need are on the Apple store site, basically follow the instructions there to get a refund. If you want to return it and pay the difference for a 15" you'll probably need to call customer services and see if it can be done without having to wait for the refund then placing a new order.
