[UK] 3-5 Day Wait for MacBook Pro 17"?

What's the problem there?

All 17" refurbs are 3-5 days, and all the new 17" models similarly are 3-5 days wait. Refurbs I don't understand, as you'd think it'd be a case of just firing them out the door, surely?
