UK 5k monitor options?

Since the LG UltraSharp 5k is discontinued in Europe / Uk what other options are people looking at for M1 MacBooks?

I’m a video editor and like the higher resolution that the 5k offers and pretty much everything out there (other than the XDR) is lower in resolution.

Am I missing anything obvious?

Same question here, however I'm trying to get everything you are after but also a 1ms response time and refresh rate >=120hz

Huawei Mateview 28.2" is highly regarded but doesn't have the refresh rate I'm after for gaming.

However, the rumour mill might be suggesting a new iMac early 2022 with the same screen tech that's in the new MBPs. So 120hz mini led "pro motion" with the contrast and colour performance too.

Additional rumours suggest a new affordable display might be launched alongside, a more affordable version of the XDR, we can only hope! As I wanted a Mac mini and apple display. Which would work for gaming too.

I got the Huawei Mateview, like it so much in getting a 2nd monitor.

Still, I’m hoping Apple launches their own consumer level display eventually

I just purchased 2 x used LG 5K displays on eBay for £585 each. Figured there’s not much out there that I’ll be able to get that’ll match this in terms of price and image quality / resolution.

The first one already arrived and it looks fantastic.

So to anyone else looking these 5K displays seem to be a great option still (even if on paper they’re older, technically they seem superior to most other displays out there).

Here setup in 3 display configuration via TB from iMac Pro to LG 4K and LG 5K
