UK Apple Id work on a US iPad?

If I get a US iPad can I use my UK Apple ID. I have an iPhone and iMac with the same Apple ID. Anyone tried?

You can, as I have. However whilst the iTunes stores works the app store won't and therefore you will need to download all your apps via your desktop and load sync them tom your iPad.

This also means though that you will only have access to whatever iPad apps are available on the uk app store which is nit as many as on the us one. No works for example!

I can only imagine it will be but we will have to wait to be sure I guess.
