Its good they finally put more refurbs on the UK store, when I checked last night it was empty.

Personally, I can qualify for the Further Education discount, which is how I got £200 off my MBP. And I'd rather pay the extra £50 and get a brand new iMac.

But it's still good, and they've got a huge load of refurbs in stock now which may be useful (y)

nice, some are neck and neck with education discounts, but the HE 15% usually wins by a few quid.

i think this a good sign of new imacs this fall

I also qualify for the same discount. Just gives some of us another option and I still think it points the way to a bump/price drop sometime soon. :):)

As far as I can remember, the MBP bump in June was the first sort of mid-year update? It could be the beginning of a routine for Apple, so they may bump the Mini and iMac in september. I just doubt it, as refurbs are always cheaper, and they're always around the educational discounts, so I wouldn't get your hopes up too much.

However.. Anything is possible in the world of :apple:.
