As in the subject, can I get it with student discount in UK? Is the price less VAT as with other edu discounts?

There is no education discount for the iPad available to individual buyers. This has been discussed many, many times.

I don't know what Apple's educational pricing is like in the UK, but in the US, there is no educational discount for the iPad. My university has iPads available, but only at Apple's published price. I have no idea if that might change in the future, of course.
