I did and I found the same after checking. I've taken a screen dump of the basket with the code entered and accepted, with the extra 5%. I've emailed them about it, and will report back.

Envirofone have told me the discount is applied after they've received your device and checked it's condition. They'll make you an offer, which may or may not be the price you've already been quoted, and if you accept their offer the 5% discount is then applied.

They confirmed my discount code had been linked to my order and was showing on their system.

I used ENVSEPT5 this afternoon (UK time!) and it gave 5% extra and showed before I checked out.

I noticed that if I follow the link from https://www.compareandrecycle.co.uk I got offered an extra £7 from envirofone.

Might want to check a comparison site, I looked and even with the voucher, Envirofone's price was a lot less than the highest. I don't think I'll upgrade, but have locked in £328 with Fonebank for two weeks for my 6 Plus just in case.
