I'll keep it short
my wife is on Vodafone with an iPhone 5c and still has 1 year left on her current contract and has no insurance
Now she has dropped her phone and the phone screen is damaged to the point where nothing can be seen .
i have 3 options
1. get a replacement sim card and buy a PAYG phone
2. Buy out her contract so we can then get a new phone
3. go to Apple and do there phone replacement service
What i want to do is the 3rd option the guy in the shop says if i go to an apple store i can pay a fee and they will replace the phone.
can you give me an idea of what is actually involved or a link to apple site explaining the service.
