(UK) Hey what happens after the 30th September

Hi my contract with O2 ends on the 24th September, so I'm eligible for an upgrade from the 24th August.

The free bumper/case deal ends on the 30th september, what happens after, do I get a modified iphone or do I just not qualify for the free bumper/case offer?
