UK iPad app store (desktop) is live

As the title says ... the app store is live. I've already started shopping!

Now we just have to wait for the iPads to arrive 🙂

I thought it was only the iPad version that was live - I could have spent a fortune already!

Well today is the first day I have seen the Mac Version of iTunes let you toggle between Iphone and Ipad versions of Apps - and the first time I have seen the iPad versions of iWork available in the UK store. I am aware that you could buy Ipad or HD versions of Apps previously though.

I'm glad I'm not alone James - I could have sworn that iPhone/iPad toggle wasn't there before 🙂
I've searched for iBooks, Pages, etc before and not found anything - perhaps it's just the Apple stuff that wasn't live.

Ah well ... the important thing is that my iPad is out for delivery from the Llantrisant depot - but that's a bit of a ****, since my office is only 10 mins away from it!
But, a day off to play tomorrow.
