A lot of times these customer service reps don’t actually have the information and will just lie to make you happy, so beware!

What i do is not pay. I work on the assumption that someone on my round will pay so automatically it will reprogram the fastest route and include my house on it if you get what i mean
There could be a trick if being dispatched via DPD of if you know the courier
